Baking Cooling Racks What Can I Use Instead Of A Wire Cooling Rack When Baking?

What can i use instead of a wire cooling rack when baking? - baking cooling racks

I'm in the middle of the kitchen, a large amount of cookies for a birthday party tomorrow for the children and I realized I broke my wire cooling rack, and I have no idea what you set the cookies to cool.

She never had a wire cooling rack in my life. I worked 4 restaurants, their own cookies and have either never before.

I will just use a plate (or tray with freshly baked, if you are) a lot, put a paper towel in it and loaded with cookies. Alternating layers - 1 cookie is not placed on another group, in the "crossroads" of 3 other cookies.

The purpose of a grid in the kitchen is the air in what is cooking so that circulate the soil does not wet the evaporation of moisture.
However, I found that the use of a plaque in order, as long as the battery gets hot. By using two cooling plates, ensuring that they move as soon as they have almost cooled. This means that more air flow under and make sure that it is not attached to the plate. Once they cooled, transfer to another court ... They stack.

(There is nothing better a grid, but it will do in an emergency.)

I bet if you go to the computer and go into the kitchen, and open a few cabinets that are sure to find something that works. Sorry, I can in his office here.

Cut or tear the bags on the bed and not put the hot cookies, printed on the inside page ().
